• Managing the client portfolio, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Ensuring legal compliance with current regulations and proactively seeking process improvements.
• Participating in internal projects related to new tools or processes.

Key qualities for success include integrity, resilience, positivity, and attention to detail. Your tasks will involve ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, maintaining compliance and documentation, staying updated on tax laws, benefit plans, deductions, labor laws, and payroll best practices.
