Business Development Manager

We’re rapidly growing, with an ever-increasing international footprint. Our teams work from 14 offices in 10 countries. From London to Barcelona, Denmark to New York, Manyone is a global team of teams.

For our offices in Barcelona or Madrid , we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our agency by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities. You’ll work across disciplines to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions in the Iberian region and beyond.

You will be responsible for exploring new opportunities and responding to inbound requests from potential new clients. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and an ability to translate those needs into a compelling, tailored Manyone solution.

We are looking specifically for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in creative or design agencies , and is comfortable managing the entire business development funnel —from lead generation to project kickoff.

We’ll be a great match if you…

• Are self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for networking and spotting new opportunities
• Can develop and execute plans to secure new client engagement opportunities
• Are an excellent communicator in Spanish and proficient in English. Catalan is a strong plus
• Are experienced in prospecting, lead qualification and new business generation
• Have previously led the preparation of proposals, credentials decks, and pitch presentations
• Have solid project and program scoping experience
• Demonstrate deep experience and knowledge of the creative and design industry
• Have 7+ years of experience in client management or new business role
