RevOps Systems Manager – Barcelona (Hybrid)
RevOps Systems Manager required by fast-growing European scale-up! This dynamic business is expanding its RevOps function to enable the next stage of growth. As the RevOps Systems Manager, you’ll take ownership of a growing GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Aircall, Make, Lusha, and others).
This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a high-performing Revenue Operations team in Barcelona, helping to scale operations and drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Data.
What you’ll be doing
Centralise and manage the RevOps, Sales & CS tech stack, ensuring clean data and smooth processes.
Administer, maintain, and optimise HubSpot and related tools.
Design and document workflows, eliminating errors, redundancies, and data silos.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Data teams to remove bottlenecks and identify opportunities.
Support, train, and onboard users while driving best practice adoption.
Track tool usage, KPIs, and ROI, recommending improvements and new integrations.
About you
2+ years’ experience in RevOps, SalesOps, CRM management, or related system administration.
Hands-on with HubSpot CRM (or similar), plus experience with telephony and no-code / low-code automation tools (Make, Zapier).
Highly organised, detail-driven, and process-oriented.
Collaborative and cross-functional by nature.
Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or Italian is also a plus).
