Middleware Infrastructure Specialist

Job Title : Middleware Engineer

Our team seeks a highly skilled middleware engineer to operate, secure, and evolve our datacenter platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone with broad technical curiosity and a strong sense of ownership.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and troubleshooting infrastructure and middleware platforms, as well as acting as a technical point of contact for developers, 3rd-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and evolving the entire datacenter stack, proposing improvements across technologies, processes, and tools, and enjoying a horizontal team culture where everyone gets hands-on with a variety of technologies.

We are looking for a fast learner with strong self-management skills, a problem-solver mindset, and passion for IT infrastructure with curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical foundation in areas such as networking and firewall administration, virtualization technologies, shared storage systems, backup and disaster recovery design and implementation, monitoring systems, Linux server administration, AAA servers / services, database operations, familiarity with compliance standards, and experience with observability tools and certificate-based security.

Requirements :

• Strong technical skills in operating systems, virtualization, container orchestration, SAN, etc.
