Responsibilities

Partner with others in the company to deliver large-scale, client-facing initiatives and focused workEncourage Agile behaviors, reinforce practices, norms, and ceremonies, and support overall team performanceIdentify team improvement opportunities and look externally for best practices to support continuous improvementLead and coordinate logistics for team ceremonies and practices to enhance the product delivery experience for client-facing initiativesEnsure all work is tracked in the backlog and accurately balanced across all respective team membersDrive a collaborative and supportive team culture through team building and engagement practicesMaintain and update team performance metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to team members and clarity to other partnersAssist the Product Manager (PM) and Product Owners (POs) with the creation of the project roadmap and timelineAssist the team in the execution of work, ensuring delivery on timeRemove impediments and roadblocks for the teamKeep Azure DevOps up to date for metric measuringCoach the team(s) to practice agile processesWork with two scrum teams (one team of up to 10 people)Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including SOPs (procedures, work instructions, etc.) for the processesReview work outcomes each week alongside the PM and POs to update the timelineMonitor the roadmap (in Azure DevOps) to ensure work output aligns with the client-discussed roadmapWork alongside the team to assist in the execution of work to improve delivery and performanceYour profile
Proven People Management experienceA highly collaborative leader who can advise, mentor, coach, and train colleaguesSkilled at ensuring value delivery in an agile structureCapable of applying and embedding best agile principles, processes, and practicesBackground in software development or engineering, enabling active participation in technical discussions, and constructively challenging technical choicesExperience working closely with cross-functional teams that include process engineers, software developers, and researchersComfortable bridging the gap between agile coaching and hands-on delivery support in a technical environmentStrong facilitation skills for team ceremonies and cross-team collaborationAble to maintain clear, accurate documentation and performance metricsProficient in tools such as Azure DevOps for backlog management, roadmap tracking, and performance measurementLocation and type of contract
