What You’ll Do

Are you passionate about leading technology delivery in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment? As an IT Delivery Manager , you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of GPM Horizon , our flagship platform for monitoring and asset management in renewable energy. Horizon enables real-time data visualization, performance analytics, and operational control across diverse energy assets.

You’ll oversee delivery across multiple initiatives—such as Solar, Wind, Battery Energy Storage (BES), Delphi, Resource Panorama, WindFarmer, and new Horizon clusters—ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

✅ Lead & Align – Manage delivery across complex projects, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and resources.

✅ Bridge & Translate – Act as the key link between clients, stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable plans.

✅ Collaborate & Coordinate – Facilitate effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, design, business).

✅ Resolve & Improve – Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and continuously improve delivery processes for scalability and efficiency.

✅ Communicate & Engage – Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels.
