Are you passionate about digital storytelling and brand strategy? Join Sonova’s HI Marketing team as our Website Strategy & Content Manager , where you’ll take ownership of Phonak.com and lead the development of engaging, high-performing content across digital channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, eager to shape the future of our digital presence through innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, structure, and performance of Phonak.com as a key digital touchpoint
• Lead and execute the content strategy for product launches across digital platforms
• Drive a 360° omnichannel approach, integrating email, web, and social media campaigns
• Identify and implement website enhancements in collaboration with IT and product teams
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to support SEO and business goals
• Oversee annual content updates to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
• Monitor SEO performance and guide teams on best practices
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver a balanced, engaging content mix
