Hays is collaborating with one of the leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector. In recent years, the company has experienced significant growth, focusing on attracting talent passionate about innovation and the industry.

We are looking for a Content Steward , whose role will be to support global platforms for managing, approving, storing, and sharing promotional and medical content. This position ensures the resolution of incidents within the global support platform, related to metadata updates, sharing settings, and workflow issues, all within established SLAs. As a key contributor to the global content creation and utilization model, the Content Steward plays a vital role in enabling compliant, efficient, and scalable content operations.

Responsibilities

  • Generate service reports and track key performance indicators; complete assigned data tasks on time and with high quality.
  • Perform quality checks on content components, claims, and references to ensure metadata accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Manage and resolve incidents within the content approval process, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Process and organize data related to support tickets in the company’s global ticketing platform.
  • Monitor incident trends, maintain the incident playbook, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of content-related issues.
  • Execute data remediation tasks and ensure platform data integrity.
  • Verify and process user registration and onboarding requests, ensuring accurate system entry and adherence to onboarding procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues, updating system records as necessary to reflect changes.

Professional Skills

  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and operating systems; familiarity with Vault, Aprimo, or similar content management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with global teams and preparing documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience with databases and data entry processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and remain composed under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as German are a plus.
  • Certificate of Higher Education or a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred : Experience in call centers, the pharmaceutical industry, or software support environments.
