A core part of your role will be to translate complex emotional data and machine-learning insights into simple, intuitive, and empowering interfaces for our users.Actively explore and apply the latest generative AI and design tools to discover innovative ways to make our user experience more intuitive, responsive, and supportive.Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.Help conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, and iterate on designs based on those insights.Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and design system that embodies empathy and emotional support.Contribute to the design of our brand's external communications, including presentations and social media content.What Will Make You Stand Out : A passion for exploring and applying new AI tools to create better user experiences.2-3 years of experience in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user interfaces, visual design, and research processes.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video edition or animation tools.Previous experience designing mobile applications.Strong communication skills and fluent English.Plus points for : Experience with video edition, animation, psychology, or e-learning.Grant Compliance Requirements : To be eligible candidatesmust comply with at least oneof the following requirementsHold a Spanish or European university degree ("Grado"), orHold a University Master ("Master Oficial Universitario") with at least 60 ETCS, orHold an international university degree that has been homologated in Spain.What We Offer : Contract : A full-time, permanent contract ("contrato indefinido").Flexibility : A hybrid or remote model with flexible work hours.Growth : A people-centered culture with continuous learning, including 4 free Udemy courses per year.Meaning : The opportunity to be part of the AI revolution in mental wellness and see your impact every day.Equanima is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer.
