Lead Ui / Ux Designer / In (M / W / D) / / Remote

Spanish and English fluency are required for this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

~6+ years of experience in UX / UI design.

~ Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people .

~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .

~ Strong proficiency in Figma .

~ Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).

~ Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research .

~ Experience working in banking environments (PLUS).

~ Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

~ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Lead the design and development of user-centric digital products.

Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.

Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.

Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects.

Stay current with UX / UI trends and best practices.

Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
