What you’ll do

Provide technical assistance via phone, chat & email

Troubleshoot and guide users through digital product solutions

Log and track support cases efficiently

Ensure every interaction reflects empathy, clarity & professionalism

️ Work schedule : MondayFriday | 09 : 0018 : 00

Compensation : 19,644 gross / year + up to 500 relocation bonus ️

️ Language : English (native level)

Training : Full onboarding in cloud-based and productivity technologies
