Languages : English (C1) — Spanish is a plus

Compensation : Base salary + performance bonuses

🎯 Your Responsibilities

🧰 Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software-related issues

💡 Use your IT background or technician experience to resolve customer challenges efficiently

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and seamless project execution

📞 Offer clear guidance and effective solutions to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction

🚀 Contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance team performance

🧠 Your Profile

🗣️ Native or fluent in English (C1) — knowledge of Spanish is a plus 🇪🇸

💻 Background in IT technologies / products, especially Cloud tools like Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, or Microsoft Windows

🧩 Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

🙌 Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism in customer interactions

💪 Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

🕓 Full-time contract (39 hours / week), Monday to Friday — rotating shifts between 09 : 00 and 21 : 00
