Responsibilities

• Analyze and comprehend business needs and requirements to provide strategic solutions for the hotel group.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document project requirements.
• Develop and maintain requirement documentation, including scope, objectives, functional specifications, and use cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet project requirements.
• Participate in the planning and coordination of testing and quality assurance.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and reporting deviations or problems.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and business stakeholders to understand business drivers and scope of projects.
• Support and facilitate workshops across various functions in business and technology to elicit requirements and redefine processes.
• Write detailed user stories and use cases aligned with an Agile / sprint-based development methodology.
• Document and maintain process maps, procedures, and policies.
• Document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes and obtain formal sign‑off of requirements from all key stakeholders.
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure user requirements are clearly understood and developed as specified.
• Perform estimation for analysis deliverables, ensuring realistic and achievable timelines.
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, including milestone status and risk / issue transparency.
• Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
• Train and support end‑users on new or improved processes.
