Job Description : Role Description

We are currently looking for a Principal (equivalent to VP) or Director to join Alantra's Real Estate Debt investment team. The professional will be actively involved in all stages of the investment cycle, with a specific focus on real estate-backed financing opportunities. Responsibilities include :

• Origination, analysis, and monitoring of real estate debt investment opportunities across various asset classes (logistics, hospitality, living, offices, retail, etc.).
• Active participation in the full investment process : structuring, coordination of financial and technical due diligence, negotiation with borrowers and banks, and review of legal documentation (LMA standards, mortgage agreements, pledges, etc.).
• Preparation of investment memoranda and presentation to the investment committee.
• Portfolio monitoring and asset management, including covenant tracking, waivers, refinancing processes, and performance analysis.
• Leading and coordinating teams, as well as supporting fundraising and investor relations activities when needed.

Requirements : Candidate Profile

knowledge of additionallanguages (especially Italian or French) is a plus.

Excellent analytical and modelling skills.
