We partner with farmers and food producers to ensure their perishable and frozen product reaches food suppliers, restaurants, and your local grocery store without spoilage.

Key Responsibilities

Operational backup & continuity

Serve as the engineering lead for Iberia in the absence or limited availability of the primary manager

Ensure seamless execution of maintenance and engineering activities across all sites

Maintenance & Facility oversight requires managing daily maintenance operations including refrigeration, material handling equipment, and utilities. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely corrective actions.

Contractor & vendor management involves coordinating external contractors for specialized repairs, installations, and upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Budgeting & Planning support includes developing annual maintenance budgets and capital expenditure plans. Monitor expenditures and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

Techincal Leadership entails staying updated on emerging technologies and recommending improvements. Support engineering projects including automation, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

About the Role

This role will act as a strategic backup, ensuring continuity and operational excellence across Iberia while the primary manager focuses on a specialized initiative.

The Engineering Manager will oversee maintenance operations, contractor coordination, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple cold storage facilities.
