Overview
Job purpose : Develop and improve CCEP’s Capital Projects across Iberia, including sites and warehouses, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Designing technical and economic solutions for Upstream & Process Heating, Cooling, Air Compression, and Gases, managing projects up to €30m.
- Delivering engineering projects related to Upstream & Process, filling, and packaging from concept through to handover.
- Expertise in specifications and technical strategies for equipment related to water treatment, beverage / syrup preparation, product blending, sanitization, and wastewater treatment.
- Developing technical and economic solutions for Upstream & Process equipment such as blenders, syrup rooms, storage tanks, and water treatment systems.
- Aligning with stakeholders on business cases for capacity, optimization, filling, packaging, and process projects.
- Leading development of technical solutions and selecting suitable suppliers.
- Collaborating with Central Experts on pilot projects and new technologies.
- Managing projects from concept to handover using PMS tools, including scope definition, cost estimation, and supporting business case development.
- Overseeing equipment design, construction, testing, and operation, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Initiating capital requests, coordinating procurement, and managing project timelines and budgets.
- Supporting project design, contractor management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensuring safety and compliance in project execution and design.
- Managing installation and commissioning, leveraging supplier relationships and technical expertise.
- Allocating to other disciplines as needed, including filling and packaging projects.
Location
Based in Spain at any site with a CCEP commercial delegation; role is field-based with travel to project sites. Travel required approximately 60% within the country and abroad.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Process, or Chemical Technology with relevant project experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and knowledge of MS Excel, SAP Planning, BI is desirable.Knowledge of hygienic design standards (EHEDG / 3A) for installation and process rooms, including equipment such as pumps, valves, and automation systems (HMI, PLC).Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.Experience
Site engineering management and / or project management experience for projects >€10M.
Minimum five years of proven project management experience within a multinational, preferably in the CPG industry or similar environment.Experience managing projects related to Upstream & Process equipment such as mixers, CIP systems, blenders, syrup rooms, sugar dissolving, chillers, and water treatments.Experience leading project teams within a business unit or function, including planning, business case development, and supplier management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
