Overview We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world''s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer / technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Spain included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Spanish employer.

Responsibilities Deliver technical support and customer service to clients in the energy sector.
Follow company processes, training, and quality standards.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and procedures.
Qualifications Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level).
Valid European passport / NIE, NAF, and Spanish
