We are seeking a 3-4 experienced Corporate Affairs Manager to join our team to design and execute corporate public affairs and regulatory strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in consultancy or in-house public affairs, expertise in government relations, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive corporate affairs and public affairs strategies to support business objectives. - Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments at national, regional, and EU levels;translate insights intorisk-mitigation and opportunity-seeking plans. - Prepare timely political and regulatory intelligence briefings, position papers, and stakeholder updates - Build and maintain relationships with public institutions, government agencies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders - Design and execute lobbying strategies and action plans, coordinating cross-functional teams as needed - Support senior leadership in high-level engagements, conferences, hearings, and events - Collaborate with legal, compliance, and communications teams to ensure alignment on messaging and regulatory compliance Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in law, Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field. - Around 3 years’ professional experience in public affairs, corporate affairs, or government relations—ideally within a consultancy or multinational environment. - Track record in regulatory monitoring, stakeholder mapping, and advocacy campaigns. - Excellent drafting and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable documents. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities - Native or near-native command of English and Spanish;additional EU language (Portuguese, Italian or French), is a plus. - Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team What We Offer - A dynamic, international work environment with exposure to high-impact policy work. - Opportunities for professional development and participation in executive leadership programs.
