Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Regional Rewards Strategist to lead compensation and benefits strategy across the EMEA region. This role will involve implementing regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global frameworks, owning annual compensation cycles, and overseeing regional benefits renewals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing and executing EMEA-specific pay structures and incentive plans

Analysing market trends and delivering data-driven insights

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards in an international context, in-depth knowledge of EMEA market practices and compliance frameworks, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
