Senior Product Manager - GenAI (Remote - Europe)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead initiatives from exploration to scale, transforming prototypes into impactful products used by thousands of businesses. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, technical leaders, and stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, validate them with real users, and ensure delivery of innovative solutions that solve practical challenges. Responsibilities

• Driving product discovery by conducting deep user research with accountants, entrepreneurs, and internal teams to uncover pain points and opportunities for GenAI
• Partnering with engineering and technical leaders to design, test, and validate innovative AI-driven use cases
• Adopting a rapid experimentation and "test & learn" mindset, moving from prototypes to scalable products
• Managing the transition from exploration to industrialization, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and impactful
• Connecting technical possibilities with real user needs, balancing innovation with pragmatism
• Acting as the bridge between highly technical teams and broader business objectives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Contributing to the definition of team OKRs, strategy, and best practices in product management
