For our growing German Business Unit, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager focused on developing business and clients for the DACH Market, eager to work in a diverse and multinational environment and being at the front line with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities Developing a Business Development strategy both nationally and internationally, acquiring new accounts and managing a portfolio of key accounts while guaranteeing client loyalty.

Assuming high responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting of diverse accounts from your preferred sector.

Supervising the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and working hand in hand with them, understanding the client's needs.

Advising on best strategies to find top talent, and decide on the delivery for clients according to Catenon's methodology and quality standards.

Attaching to workflow and develop each step related to the sales management modalities (CRM completion and KPI management).

Training new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales & sourcing strategies. Identify training needs and evaluate the team's performance, providing the necessary support and attention for their professional development.
