You will collaborate with international teams, support core systems worldwide, develop insightful reports with Power BI, and enhance our customer engagement tools like portals and web shops. Reporting to the Global Service Operations Director, you will be instrumental in driving our global digitalization strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and implement our global structure and workflows into digital solutions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ExpandIT, Business Central, and related systems globally.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors, internal teams, and external partners regarding relevant digital platforms and tools.
• Lead the implementation of customer portals and web shops.
• Develop and produce Power BI reports, KPI dashboards, and analytics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Expand and enhance the data offerings available to customers.
• Integrate AI technologies to optimize processes and services.
• Monitor and manage active licenses, user accounts, subscriptions, and hardware procurement in collaboration with the DH IT department.
• Oversee service master data management to ensure data integrity, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
