Descripción del trabajoHigher Education : Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent. IT Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, leading product and cross-functional teams in global environments, with at least 5 years in a CIO or IT executive position. Strategic Vision : Ability to translate business issues into IT objectives. Technical Expertise : Expertise in information systems architecture, project management, information systems security, infrastructure, and application development. SAP Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and issues related to Core Model implementation. Leadership Skills : Leadership and ability to scale high-performance teams. Communication Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Languages : Fluency in English (mandatory), Spanish a plus.

Chief Transformation Officer Job Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our digital transformation, ensuring innovation, performance, and security of our information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Strategy Definition : Develop and implement Loewe's IT strategy, aligned with business objectives and LVMH's IT strategy.
- Digital Transformation Projects : Lead projects to align with business needs and ensure timely, on-budget completion.
- Information Systems Oversight : Ensure the availability, security, and performance of all Loewe information systems.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
- SAP Core Model Program : Lead the SAP Core Model program over 3-4 years.
- Team Leadership : Manage and lead a team of direct reports, including CTO, CISO, IS Business Solution, Architecture and Data, PMO & Governance.
- Cost Optimization : Optimize costs and ensure the return on investment of projects.
