What You'll Do

As a Business Enablement Senior Coordinator, you will ensure effective, efficient operations of the BCG Vantage business through management of relevant processes, systems, and projects. You will own and drive defined, large or complex activities or processes with minimal guidance, while providing senior-level support across multiple stakeholders. You will work with people and operational data, preparing reports and creating slides for the business and leadership team. You will support global people related initiatives and programs as well as organize and execute internal meetings and events for the Vantage Leadership.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Team Operations & Coordination

Maintain shared resources including dashboards, org charts, Trello boards, and SharePoint sites

Update and maintain people databases with accuracy

Lead or support special projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and Recruiting, as needed
