Overview Business Developer - French fluent role at Paradox EN. This is a full-time position, available to work remotely, hybrid, or from offices in Paris, Dubai, Lisbon, or Barcelona.
Your Mission Your mission will be to generate new opportunities by identifying new students for trainings that we are proposing. You will be part of the Sales team and report to a Sales manager. Your main responsibilities are :
Attract, find and convince new students to join our trainings
Identify new students who will be successful in our trainings
Identify new leads by emailing people who could be interested in our training
Make at least 1 to 3 sales per day
2 - Source and be proactive to attract new students for the team and yourself
Organize LinkedIn campaigns or email campaigns via Hubspot to set up meetings
Make outbound calls on qualified leads
3 - Use the CRM to be productive and scalable
Manage calls and meetings via Hubspot
Manage reports on Hubspot for leads you generate
Ensure strategic, personalized reminders and follow-ups in the CRM
4 - Overcome objections with diligence and escalation when needed
Listen to and review call records to improve objection handling
Propose ideas to improve offers
5 - Actively participate in Paradox’s in-person and online events
Sell during events or webinars
Engage with participants at events
Assist and host a minimum of 2 webinars per month
Qualifications Must have
Autonomy and leadership : organized, rigorous, able to manage multiple priorities and lead others
Knowledge and curiosity about the personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech markets
Sales proficiency : strong ability to listen, guide customers through decisions, and willingness to be coached
Digital understanding : experience with monitoring, CRM management, and potentially leading a digital project with a tech team
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Language
French : native
English : fluent, capable of discussing specifics with English-speaking colleagues; written communication in English
