Your responsibilities :
Strategic Partner Relationship Development :
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned partners, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business model, objectives, and their clients' needs within the location marketing and digital presence landscape.
Partner Onboarding and Enablement :
Guide new partners through a comprehensive onboarding process together with our Implementation team, ensuring they are fully equipped to effectively utilize and sell our platform and solutions.
Provide ongoing training and enablement, consultancy on GTM strategies, focusing on best practices in digital presence management, local SEO, and product utilisation to enhance partner capabilities.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization :
Proactively monitor and analyze key performance indicators for each partner, identifying areas for growth, efficiency, and improvement.
Lead regular strategic business reviews to assess progress against joint objectives, share insights, and collaboratively develop action plans for sustained success.
Growth and Expansion Initiatives :
Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding our partnership's impact and success, including new service offerings, market segments, or deeper solution adoption.
Collaborate with partners on joint business planning and execution to drive increased pipeline, revenue growth, and market penetration.
Partner Support and Advocacy :
Act as a central point for partner inquiries, challenges, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution by coordinating with internal teams.
Serve as the voice of the partner internally, advocating for their needs and providing valuable feedback to product, engineering, and marketing departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Drive internal alignment and foster seamless collaboration with product, solutions, marketing, and support teams to address partner needs and achieve shared outcomes.
Contribute insights from the partner ecosystem to inform and influence internal product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and service enhancements.
Data Management and Reporting :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner interactions, activities, and performance within CRM and other relevant systems.
Contribute to internal reporting and forecasting efforts, providing clear insights into partner health, engagement, and growth trajectories.
Your profile :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
