Responsibilities
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to thrive in a flexible, dynamic and demanding work environment.
- Hard skills include commercial and client-oriented focus, analyze activity and operational processes, and some technical background on product specifics.
- Collaborate with different teams (global & local) such as business, back office (BO), and IT.
- Support customer queries and act as a single point of contact, liaising closely with internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for the client.
- Ensure a confident state with customers that drives a better Santander client perception.
