As our Finance & Accounting Analyst, your mission is to provide data-driven insights and support key financial decisions across the company. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to analyze performance, forecast growth and identify opportunities for improvement, playing a crucial role in turning finance into a strategic advantage as we scale internationally.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process : bank reconciliations, journal entries and account analysis.
• Help manage accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Assist in reconciling movements across bank accounts, including Pleo and internal transfers.
• Record and track employee expenses , subscriptions, and supplier invoices.
• Support the automation and optimization of accounting workflows in Business Central.
• Help prepare financial reports and audit documentation .
• Collaborate with our Controller to implement internal controls and documentation.
• Provide ad-hoc support on finance projects (cost analysis, reporting clean-ups, etc.).
