Position Summary
We seek an exceptional IT Sales Executive with proven AI / digital transformation consultancy experience to establish and scale our revenue operations across the GCC region with expansion into the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding with strategic sales expertise to close enterprise deals ranging from $50,000 to $500,000. You'll build everything from scratch – sales processes, CRM infrastructure, partnership networks, and eventually your own team.
Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Generation
Drive 400,000-$500,000 in year-one revenue with a clear path to $1M+ by year two
Build and maintain a pipeline of $2-3M in qualified opportunities across GCC markets
Close 1-2 enterprise deals monthly ($50,000-$200,000 average contract value)
Achieve 20-25% conversion rates on qualified opportunities
Expand average deal sizes from $5,000 to $200,000+ within the first year
Market Development & Geographic Expansion
Primary Focus (70%) : GCC including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman
Secondary Markets (30%) : UK and European opportunities through remote selling
Develop market entry strategies for each GCC country
Build relationships with regional system integrators and technology partners
Navigate cultural nuances and regulatory requirements across different markets
Establish presence at key regional events (GITEX, LEAP, etc.)
Sales Infrastructure Development
Design and implement a complete sales tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics)
Create scalable sales processes supporting $100,000+ monthly revenue
Develop pricing frameworks for different market segments and geographies
Build a repository of proposals, case studies, and sales collateral
Establish partnerships with 5-10 complementary service providers
Create repeatable playbooks for different industry verticals
AI Consultancy Positioning
Position complex AI solutions to C-suite executives across industries
Develop value propositions achieving 40%+ gross margins
Transition from tactical implementations to strategic transformation programs
Build thought leadership through content and speaking engagements
Create proprietary methodologies justifying premium pricing ($300-500 / hour equivalent)
Team Building Preparation
Upon achieving initial targets, document all processes for future team scaling, develop training materials and onboarding frameworks, define sales team structure and compensation models, and identify and recruit first sales team members.
Required Qualifications
Experience
3-5 years in IT services / consultancy sales with a proven track record
Demonstrated success selling to GCC markets (UAE / Saudi Arabia essential)
Experience with complex B2B enterprise sales ($50,000+ deal sizes)
Track record of achieving 120%+ of sales targets
Previous experience building sales operations in a startup / scale-up environment
Proven ability to sell across multiple time zones and cultures
Technical & Market Knowledge
Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and digital transformation concepts
Ability to discuss cloud architecture, data analytics, and automation fluently
Knowledge of GCC digital transformation initiatives (UAE Vision 2030, Saudi Vision 2030, etc.)
Understanding of regional compliance requirements (data residency, cybersecurity regulations)
Familiarity with industry-specific AI applications (banking, retail, government, healthcare)
Experience with enterprise software implementation lifecycles
Skills & Competencies
Fluent English (Arabic highly advantageous for GCC markets)
