Are you passionate about shaping the future of healthcare At Dexcom our Market Access team is focused on expanding our impact and driving growth. were seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Senior Market Access Manager to lead innovative strategies that align with our core values and ambitious growth objectives.
We are looking for a Market Access professional based in Madrid. This is an individual contributo role.
The internal job title is : Sr Lead Market Access Account Executive.
Where you come in
Market Access Manager in Spain and Portugal being part of the country leadership team
Develop and execute overall country market access plans
Develop multi-stakeholder strategies and plans to further grow reimbursement to new patient populations including national- and regional policy makers professional associations and patient organizations
Drive implementation of value tools from EMEA MA team and identify opportunities to strengthen local value story / develop new tools through data generation and partnerships with external stakeholders
Participate in the development of strategies to favour the Dexcom value proposition
Establish the opportunity for community sales team to execute switch business based on perceived value of rt-CGM
Work in collaboration with General Manager to open up opportunities regionally to drive an increase in funding of CGM and therefore increased subsequent use of Dexcom products
Cooperate to create and set objectives of securing market access and drive CGM funding by working with regional payers and procurement across Spain.
Help support and increase the Dexcom market share (sensor sales) enabling Spain to hit national revenue and funded new patient targets in line with company expectations utilizing the services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture
Maximize strategic partnership with other companies to maximize sales for standalone product
Optimize the opportunity of Daily use of CRM system in conjunction with TMs and Regional Sales Managers to identify business development opportunities
Communicate and share landscape assessments plans and strategies within the Market Access and Spanish leadership team and the EMEA access team.
What makes you successful
Proficiency in English
Proven ability to work in a matrix organisation
In-depth understanding of the Spanish market access landscape (national- and regional reimbursement tender landscape)
Understanding of health economic concepts and experience in using health economic messaging and tools
Experience of health technology assessment concepts and success factors
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
Proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success
Experience of analysing data including health economic and clinical data collates organizes and interprets data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information
Competent user of a variety of computer software packages including MS Word MS Outlook MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Understanding of CRM systems
Full driving license
Experience in Diabetes market
Knowledge of the Portuguese Market Access landscape would be a plus
In-depth understanding of the HES is preferred

Experience and Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline with 13 years of industry experience
5-8 years of previous people management experience
