As a Chemist & Technical Support Engineer for Polyurethane Viscoelastic Foam (VEF) in Home Applications, you will play a key role in supporting our overseas business growth by contributing to technical development, product validation, and customer support. Reporting to the Overseas Technical Support Manager, you will collaborate with experienced polymer researchers, engineers, and sales managers to ensure efficient technical operations and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely technical support to polyurethane downstream home application customers.
• Deliver effective technical services during product line tests.
• Diagnose and resolve quality and technical issues efficiently, support customers in troubleshooting, and manage complaints.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop new customers, conduct factory trials, and support achievement of sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence on customer needs and industry developments.
• Share insights to support R&D and sales in product improvement, business development, and customer management.
