Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with directives and project procedures.
• Commercially manage assigned purchases and purchase orders.
• Evaluate and select suppliers and bidders.
• Launch Requests for quotation and expedite timely receipt of bids.
• Evaluate, clarify and negotiate sound bids.
• Issue final Commercial Tabulation and recommendation.
• Prepare award proposals.
• Issue and follow-up approved Purchase Orders.
• Participate in kick-off meetings and resolve commercial issues during PO execution.
