Job Title : Senior Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Purchaser to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate / project procedures.
• Manage assigned purchases and purchase orders commercially.
• Evaluate and select suppliers and bidders.
• Launch Requests for quotation and expedite timely receipt of bids.
• Negotiate and clarify sound bids.
• Issue Commercial Tabulation and recommendations.
• Prepare award proposals.
• Issue and follow-up Purchase Orders, including changes and final close out.
• Participate in kick-off meetings and solve commercial issues during PO execution.

About the Role

This is a critical role within our Procurement Department, responsible for managing the purchasing process from initial requests to final delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
