Role description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Barcelona. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, developing business plans, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service, and driving account growth. The role involves analyzing account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver creative and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison with the marketing teams of a leading beauty group, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution on all projects.
- Build trust and deepen relationships across different business units within the group to expand the agency\'s footprint.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to collaborate with brands across the group\'s portfolio (fragrances, cosmetics, skincare).
- Leverage account knowledge and critical thinking to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions that enhance the agency\'s value as a creative partner.
- Serve as a facilitator between the leading beauty group and Aktiva teams, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered with excellence, on time, and on brand.
What we look for
Prior experience working within or with the marketing teams of a leading beauty group is ideal.Strong relationship-building skills, confident oral communication, and a natural predisposition for in-person meetings and engaging with new stakeholders.Highly organized, collaborative, and inspiring, able to energize both client and internal teams.Fluency in English and French is a must; Spanish is a strong plus.Strategic and proactive mindset, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.Proven experience in account management, ideally within a creative or advertising agency, and with international beauty clients.Solid knowledge of brand-building and marketing dynamics, especially within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.Character
