NOW HIRING : SuccessFactors Lead Consultant (EC & Time Tracking)

Remote / Spain-based

Permanent | Full-Time | Up to €50,000.

Join a fast-growing, people-first SAP SuccessFactors consultancy, and take a leading role in the delivery of complex SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Tracking implementations across Europe.

We’re looking for a hands-on, client-facing expert with deep configuration and integration experience — someone who thrives in a high-trust, agile environment and can own the full lifecycle of solution delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead full-cycle implementations of EC & Time Tracking
• Be the primary client contact, from discovery to go-live
• Drive design sessions, own configuration, and manage integration
• Collaborate with offshore teams & support project governance
• Contribute to internal product evolution and team mentoring
• Proven experience delivering multiple EC and Time Tracking projects
• Strong configuration skills + understanding of SuccessFactors architecture
• Confident in leading clients and managing stakeholder expectations
• Fluent English (additional languages = bonus!)
