Position Description

We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Global Operations department onsite in Barcelona (100%). The role involves supporting procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving invoice issues. You’ll manage supplier records, assist with contract compliance, and handle administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities also include overseeing office services and facility needs. Additionally, you’ll support employee events and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Your tasks :

• Procurement Operations : Validate purchase requisitions, convert to POs, issue RFQs, negotiate terms, and manage spot-buys and urgent orders.
• Supplier Management : Research new suppliers, monitor performance, ensure compliance, resolve basic issues, and maintain regular communication.
• Contract and Record Maintenance : Oversee service contracts, ensure compliance and timely renewals, and maintain up-to-date records and pricing.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Act as liaison with suppliers, finance, and internal departments to resolve invoice issues and support procurement needs.
• Administrative Support : Manage phones, mail, courier services, appointments, and access card assignments or deactivations.
• Office Supplies and Facility Support : Purchase office materials, report facility issues, and coordinate maintenance or deliveries.
• Coffee Station Oversight : Ensure machines are cleaned daily and supplies are stocked for employee use
