Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support in Dutch and English through phone, email, and chat.
Resolve issues related to product inquiries, order management, technical troubleshooting, and general customer service requests.
Assist customers in navigating products and services, handling changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction.
Share insights and feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service quality and processes.
Requirements
Native Dutch speaker with B2 / C1 English proficiency .
Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently after the training period and provide remote customer support.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
