In Spain and Portugal, innocent has been growing rapidly and is now a strong brand in the chilled juice category.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Brand Manager in Madrid to support this growth. You will be responsible for our marketing mix in both Spain and Portugal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a wide range of projects, has a strong sense of ownership, and is eager to find innovative ways to grow the market with a motivated and fun team. Responsibilities include managing our drinker communication (responding to emails, social media messages), creating monthly performance overviews for Spain, analyzing the success of activations and product ranges, and aligning marketing efforts with the sales team to ensure harmony.

You will work closely with the communication, category management, trade marketing, and sales teams, as well as collaborate with the marketing team at headquarters in London and other countries where innocent products are sold.

We seek someone with some experience in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG, with a creative flair and strong communication skills. You should have excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for creativity and experience working with agencies to deliver impactful work that reflects the innocent brand is essential. Comfort with consumer data (Nielsen, Kantar, GfK) and the ability to use insights for decision-making are important. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter, enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in Spanish (native) and proficiency in English are required; speaking Portuguese is a significant plus.
