About the Role

We are seeking a Managing Director for Europe to lead and expand our business in the region. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of WORLDCOM’s European operations by reviving and growing a market with untapped potential. The role is focused on business and commercial development, operational excellence, cutting-edge technology, team leadership, and strategic client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and execute the EMEA growth strategy. Lead commercial operations, focusing on new business generation beyond account maintenance. Supervise campaign execution for global clients across the European market. Manage P&L, ensuring financial performance and sustainable operations. Lead and develop teams across multiple European offices (currently UK and Spain). Identify and pursue new business opportunities and commercial partnerships. Build strong relationships with regional and international clients. Collaborate with the global service center to align strategy and execution. Establish Europe as a key contributor within LATCOM-WORLDCOM’s global structure.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of senior leadership experience in commercial or media / advertising environments. Proven track record in developing regional markets, driving growth, and leading multicultural teams. Deep knowledge of the European advertising and media landscape . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or similar. MBA or postgraduate studies preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish (desirable) required. Other European languages are a plus. Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and financial planning skills. Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Based in Europe (UK / Spain preferred) or open to relocation.
