As our Sportsbook continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and strategic Sportsbook Portfolio Manager to join our VIP team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value sports bettors, ensuring they receive a personalized, engaging, and premium experience.

You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, crafting tailored offers and campaigns, and driving long-term retention and growth. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and customer-focused, with a deep understanding of sports betting and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

This is a 24 / 7 role by nature , meaning flexibility is key - the best opportunities to engage often happen during live games, weekends, and late nights. Being available during peak sporting moments is part of what makes the experience truly VIP.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-value sportsbook players, building long-term relationships through consistent, personalized communication.
Analyze player behavior and activity to identify engagement opportunities, trends, and potential risk indicators.
Plan and execute strategic bonus offers and tailored promotions aligned with player value and betting patterns.
Provide exceptional service and support around major sports events (e.g., Champions League, UFC, NFL), ensuring a high-touch VIP experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless player journey and aligned campaign execution.
Maintain real-time awareness of the sports calendar and proactively engage players during high-interest periods.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sportsbook, VIP account management, or player retention within the iGaming industry.

Strong understanding of sports and e-sports betting markets, products, and player behavior across multiple sports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with high-value clients.

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytical tools to assess performance and guide strategy.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and during live sporting events - responsiveness during key moments is essential.
