We are looking for an FX Dealer in our Madrid Office, with proven dealing, trading, and account management experience. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for trading account setup, relationship management, and deal execution.

Our Dealers offer expert and bespoke suggestions and ideas to our clients, providing them with strategies to minimize their FX risk challenges. They plan, structure, and execute deals, giving our clients the best value while contributing to Ebury’s growth.

Our best Dealers go on to head up and train dealing teams, making sure the next generation of Dealers are inspired, motivated, and proficient in their roles.

What you’ll do as a Portfolio Manager

Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a range of products including FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management. Upsell Ebury’s broad product capabilities to ensure a best-in-class client proposition.

Collaborate with a successful sales team to assist in business origination. Understand clients' business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solutions using Ebury's product suite.

Understand the capabilities and gaps of competitors to better position Ebury’s solutions.

Deliver on KPIs related to revenue, client retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, and proposals.

Expand existing business and provide feedback to product teams.

Originate new business through networking and referrals.

What you’ll need

Strong experience in financial services, sales, or relationship management, with an established network as a plus.

Experience in FX institutions, banks, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporates.

Understanding of compliance requirements.

Background in Business or Finance is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence.

Technical skills in analysis and risk management.

Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Negotiation skills and ability to build relationships at senior levels.

Fluency in Spanish and strong business English.
