Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director Origination. This individual will be responsible for originating and executing new loans, providing high-level service and delivery to borrowers, and maintaining oversight throughout the life of the loans.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in originating in the Development Finance market, with substantial Debt Adviser and Broker, Professional and Client networks. They will also possess an expert understanding of underwriting risk, ability to coach, develop and manage team members, awareness of business strategy and lending guidelines, and understanding of treasury and ability to model transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Origination and Execution : Identify and pursue new loan opportunities, negotiate terms, and execute deals to deliver against lending targets.
• High-Level Service : Deliver exceptional service to borrowers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Portfolio Management : Monitor and maintain oversight throughout the life of the loans, ensuring strong portfolio management.
• Network Expansion : Proactively expand the organization\'s network and brand, working closely with Marketing and Events.
• Business Strategy Contribution : Contribute to business strategy and new product development, identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve efficiency.
