Head of Finance

We're looking for our Finance Controller / Head of Finance to join us in Madrid.

Belari is a Spanish-born, digital-native brand founded in 2025 to reclaim the bathroom as a space of design, personality, and style. Backed by a strong and experienced investor, our ambition is to become the leading European bathroom brand — the Kave Home or Sklum of bathrooms.

Responsibilities Own and optimize all financial processes : P&L, cash flow, billing (Holded), and reconciliations.

Build financial control, reporting, and cost analysis models.

Support operations : logistics, manufacturing, and inventory tracking.

Collaborate with external partners (suppliers, accounting, logistics).

Bring structure and visibility to the numbers behind every business decision.

Analytical mindset, with enthusiasm and ownership.

2 years of experience as Controller, Analyst, or similar role (not a must, but a plus — e-commerce experience is even better).

Strong Excel / analytical skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Strategic thinker who's comfortable being hands-on.

English B2 minimum (German or French is a plus).

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in finance roles such as Controller or Analyst (e-commerce experience is a plus).
