Do you have experience helping companies create a global compensation management strategy for an international company? This role involves close collaboration with various teams and managing key data to drive strategic decisions. If you have experience in compensation analysis and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Your new Role

• Compensation Analysis : Analyze compensation grades across all markets to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with compensation policies.
• Benchmarking : Coordinate local and international benchmarking efforts, supporting local market initiatives and analyzing the financial impact of proposed changes.
• Data Management : Collect compensation data and ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports.
• Insights & Reporting : Present detailed reports with actionable insights on compensation trends, pay equity, and market positioning when needed.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with People Teams, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations on compensation adjustments and retention strategies.
