We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead commercial strategy and business development for a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of advanced computing and innovation.This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in scaling disruptive technologies into practical enterprise solutions.Key Responsibilities Develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across multiple sectors, including finance, manufacturing, energy, and beyond.Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring robust pipeline generation and deal execution.Create strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, translating complex technology solutions into clear business value.Collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to align market positioning and strategic goals.Drive expansion into new markets and geographies, unlocking fresh business opportunities.Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance management to support company growth objectives.RequirementsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B technology sectors, preferably in cutting-edge or deep-tech fields, AI and / or SaaS a plus.Experience working within Start-up environments.5+ years leadership experience, with the ability to build, motivate, and mentor sales teams.10+ years experience in Business development or Sales experience in Engineering / Technology applications.
