German-speaking Account Manager

Location : Málaga, Spain (on-site)

Language Requirements : Native German + English (B2+)

Contract Type : Full-time, permanent contract after 12 months

Relocation Support : Up to 500 for flight + assistance in finding accommodation

This is a client-facing role focused on long-term relationship management and portfolio growth within the German SME market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on retention and growth
• Identify client needs and deliver tailored AMEX solutions
• Proactively develop your sales pipeline and exceed growth targets
• Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers
• Understand client risks and opportunities to maximize value
