Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver performance KPIs
What do we need from you?
Fluent German (C2)
English proficiency (B2+) for internal communication
1+ year experience in account management, sales, or client services
Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven attitude
Comfortable working with CRM tools and performance targets
