This position is based in Madrid and follows a hybrid work model.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.- Strong proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).- Experience with Jira and Confluence.- Solid knowledge of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT delivery.- Proven experience with project delivery in financial, insurance, or banking environments.- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and high-level English.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.- Previous experience in the banking industry WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects in the financial or insurance sector.- Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.- Use Jira and Confluence to track project progress, documentation, and collaboration.- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.- Ensure clear communication across all levels of the project.- Participate in project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.- Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices in project and change management.
