Currently, in the Robotics Department, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager at our headquarters in Cornellà de Llobregat .

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Drives the planning and implementation of multiple programs across the organization.
• Overall responsability for product delivery from requirements, prototype testing through product launch.
• Works closely with management and business leaders to create program scope, objectives, risk assessment and product requirements.
• Anticipates issues and drives countermeasures to ensure programs meet intended objectives.
• Resolves people and team dynamic issues for the effective performance of the program team in completing their assignments.
• Schedules and leads timely status review meetings. Escalates issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management.
• Reduces current New Product Development (NPD) cycle time.
