Define, implement, and monitor the annual sales budget in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
Analyze trends in the UV and conventional Sheetfed packaging market to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and collaborate across our European network to align local activities with global sales strategies.
Qualifications Your Profile - What do you bring as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed Iberia :
Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, with a strong focus on Sheetfed printing applications - gained through more than 5 years in senior roles within the printing industry.
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, paired with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset and solid financial acumen.
Proven ability to operate effectively in an international environment with a direct and transparent communication style across all business levels.
A proactive “hunter” mentality with a strong focus on implementation and performance delivery.
Independent and structured way of working, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with common CRM / Sales-Tools as well as SAP combined with fluent Spanish and English language skills.
